Shipping Info

  • Shipping Provider

    We proudly use Fedex shipping for all of our national deliveries. Our customers are able to enjoy the great rates that Fedex offers on national shipments. With Fedex shipping we offer: Fedex Home Delivery, Fedex Ground, Fedex Express, and Fedex Express Saver. We also offer services, provided along with Fedex, in which you receive emails, to keep track of your orders. These services are offered at checkout, and prices are charge accordingly.
  • Fullfillment Process And Packaging

    The process in which it takes to pick your order, process payment of your order, and pack your order for shipment, takes 1- 2 business days. Please take this in to account when caculating for your orders arrival. All of are candy orders are shiped out in bigger boxes to minimize damage in the shipping process. See details below for shipping during the summer months. During peak holiday periods please allow an extra day for your order to be processed. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of it, and ship the item out when it is becomes available, unless otherwise notified.
  • Time In Transit

    Once orders have been filled and shipped out, depending on the Fedex shipment type you selected, there will be days in transit. Fedex Ground takes 1-5 days depending on how far you are from California, which is where we are located, and ship from. California Fedex Ground Shipments allow 2 days in transit. Other states on the west, to the mid-west, allow 3-4 days in transit, for Fedexground shipments, and States from the mid-west, to the east, allow 3-5 days in transit. Fedex Express shipment options are available also. We offer Fedex 2 day, which guarantees the shipment in 2 days before 4:30pm on the second day. We also offer a Fedex Express Saver option, that guarantees your shipment within 3 days. For any other Express options, please contact customer service.
  • Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges are based on weight, destination, and quantity. We use real-time quotes provided by Fedex to calculate the shipping cost. Each additional item you add to the shipping weight will be discounted automatically against your overall shipping charge. Shipping charges will be calculated, and charge, at the checkout process. To caculate shipping cost (From the shopping cart, after items have been selected) Enter your shipping address in the checkout section, choose a shipping option, click the "apply" button and you will then see the appropriate shipping charge. You can do this before entering your credit card information. Shipping get more for your weight per cost for each additional item you add to the shipping weight.
  • Shipping During Summer Months

    During hot weather months, we highly recommended that you use expedited shipping methods for candy that will melt in hot rising temperatures. We include ice packs, and extra insulation in expedited orders. If you choose not to select expedited shipping for orders that might melt, we are not responsable. Althogh we include ice packs in expedited shippment, we dont however include them in standard shipped orders. Ice packs effectiveness only last up to 3 days at most, which soon after that time frame, cause a wet mess. In some cases Fedex Ground shipping will arrive within the 3 days, which in that case we will add ice packs to the order. See above for details on time in transit.
  • Item Back Orders

    We try to fulfill all orders completely, to our best ability. Because we have a large selection of candy there are circumstances in which products become temporarily out of stock. If your order contains an item that is out of stock, we will email you with a notification. You will then have the option whether to cancel that item from your order, or not. If you choose not to have your item back ordered, your shipping cost will be adjusted, and your account credited accordingly.

Return Info

  • RETURNS

    You may return most UNOPENED items within 3 days of receiving delivery, for a full refund. We take responsability for all return shipping costs if the returned product is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns not in our error are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse a return at all times.
    refund process - Upon notifiying you we will discuss an agreement to either send you a replacement for the item, if that need be the case, or refund you for the item accordingly. You should expect to receive a you refund within 1-3 buisness days of returning item(s). If we have agreed to replace the item, we will send out a replacement as soon as Fedex notifys us, of the returned packaged being processed. We acknowledge and get to all return request in a timely matter.
